The Website is an authorised online retail channel exclusively selling Pepe Jeans Innerfashion products in India.

By placing an order on this Website, you enter into a purchase and sale transaction with Pepe Jeans Innerfashion Private Limited as an authorised online retailer. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website. Your continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of GST and other applicable taxes. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of placing your order.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the Website. We also reserve the right to revise prices, tax rates, and other charges at any time — for example, due to changes in GST rates, increased operational costs, or general retail price movements.

A delivery charge of Rs. 100 may be levied on orders with a total value below Rs. 600.

5. Placing an Order & Contract Formation

A binding contract between you and Pepe Jeans Innerfashion Private Limited is formed only when your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation email has been sent to you. The acknowledgement you receive immediately upon placing an order does not constitute a confirmed order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for internal reasons or changes in policy. In the event an order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

We are not obligated to fulfil orders for products that are out of stock.

6. Payment

All transactions on this Website must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) using payment methods issued under Indian law, including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets issued by RBI-regulated banks.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

- Lack of authorisation for a transaction

- Transactions exceeding limits set by you or your bank

- Payment failures due to technical or banking issues

- Insufficient funds in your account or wallet

- Decline of a transaction for any other reason

For purchases equal to or exceeding INR 2,00,000 (Two Lakhs), you will be required to submit a scanned copy of your PAN card within 4 days of placing the order, as required under applicable law. Failure to do so, or any discrepancy between the name on your account and your PAN card, will result in order cancellation.

7. Delivery

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of confirmation. Standard delivery time from dispatch is 4 to 7 working days.

You will receive an SMS and/or email notification when your order is confirmed, and again when it is dispatched. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will notify you and make one additional attempt before returning the package to our fulfilment centre.

For prepaid orders that could not be delivered, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Cooling-Off Period

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason. If the last day of this period falls on a public or national holiday, the deadline extends to the next working day.

How to Withdraw

To withdraw from a contract, send a clear written request to support@pepeinnerfashion.com, including:

- Your full name

- Phone number and email address

- Order number

- The product(s) you wish to return

If goods are returned to us without a withdrawal statement, we will treat the return as an exercise of your right of withdrawal.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The return request must be raised promptly upon receiving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order.

- Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all price tags, labels, barcodes, and invoices intact.

- Returned items are subject to verification and quality checks by our team.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

- The product has been used beyond checking fit and comfort

- The product has been washed or had perfume applied to it

- Original tags, labels, packaging, barcodes, or invoices have been removed or damaged

Specially Made or Personalised Goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods produced to your specific requirements or with a clear personal touch.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed as follows:

- Prepaid / Online orders: Refund credited to your original payment method within 30 days of your withdrawal request being received.

- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund issued as an E-Gift Voucher redeemable on www.pepeinner.com.

Refunds are in Indian Rupees only and limited to the sale price of the product. Delivery charges and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable. You will not be charged any fee as a result of the refund process.

We may withhold a refund until we have received the returned goods or received documentation confirming they have been returned.

10. Reviews & Ratings

Where the Website permits users to submit reviews or ratings, please note that we do not endorse any user-submitted content, opinions, recommendations, or advice. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any user submissions at any time and without prior notice — particularly where such content infringes on the intellectual property rights of a third party.
