RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

At Pepe Jeans Innerfashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every product you receive. If something isn't right, this policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only in the following circumstances:

- You received a damaged or defective product

- You received an incorrect size

- You received an incorrect colour or style

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including change of mind or incorrect sizing ordered by the customer.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@pepeinnerfashion.com with the following details:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue (damaged, wrong size, wrong item, etc.)

- Clear photographs of the product, if damaged or defective

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address at no additional cost to you.

Please note: items sent back without a prior approved return request will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.

 

3. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a successful return, products must meet the following conditions:

- Returned unused and unworn

- In original packaging with all price tags, labels, barcodes, and invoices intact

- Not washed or treated with perfume or any other substance

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@pepeinnerfashion.com. Early reporting allows us to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed based on your original payment method:

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Delivery charges and gift wrapping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

 

6. Failed or Missed Delivery

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will notify you and make one additional delivery attempt. If both attempts are unsuccessful, your package will be returned to our fulfilment centre.

For prepaid orders that could not be delivered, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method following the timelines outlined in Section 5.

 

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We support Cash on Delivery for eligible orders up to Rs. 5,000. COD may not be available at all pin codes due to logistical constraints. If COD is unavailable in your area, please choose from our secure online payment options at checkout, including UPI, net banking, and credit/debit cards.

Please note: refunds for COD orders are issued exclusively as E-Gift Vouchers, redeemable on www.pepeinner.com.

 

8. Delivery & Shipping Charges

Most orders are delivered within 4 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Shipping charges are as follows:

- Orders above Rs. 600: Free shipping

- Orders below Rs. 600: Rs. 75 shipping charge
