Return policy
- Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 4-7 days of order being confirmed. An order confirmation SMS/Email will be sent to you, post which an SMS/Email notification will be sent, once your order is shipped.
- Shipping Cost
We provide free shipping for all orders above Rs 600/-.
- Unable to Deliver
If you are not available to take delivery, when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier service will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our fulfillment center.
In case of a prepaid order, a refund will be initiated on your original payment method.
- Return & Refund Policy
Products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the customer receives a damaged product, incorrect size or colour.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@pepeinnerfashion.com If your return is accepted, we will arrange the pickup of the order/product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue.
- Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically get a refund to your original payment method. Once refund is done, it may take up to 10 days to reflect in your bank account/credit card statement.
For all COD order, refund will be done in the form of E-Gift voucher which can be redeemable on www.pepeinner.com
- Limit on Cash on delivery order
We support Cash on Delivery for Orders up to Rs. 5000 in most locations. We may not be able to accept Cash on Delivery in select pincodes due to logistical constraints. In such a case, please use the numerous options under Online payment
